Castle Rock Citizens for SCFD
What Does Castle Rock Exclusion from SCFD Mean?
Organizations and programs may not serve Castle Rock with programs funded by SCFD.
Organizations and businesses who wish to apply for SCFD grant funding can not reside in Castle Rock.
We launched our public presentations with an informational presentation to Castle Rock Town Council to educate them on the background and impact of the SCFD. We were permitted 10 minutes to speak (which starts at minute 34:28 in the video link below) with various public comments following her presentation

Castle Rock Benefits from Joining the SCFD
Castle Rock schools, organizations, and businesses could be eligible to receive SCFD-funded outreach programs at their locations.
SCFD funding could pay for programming from any of the three tiers to both come to Castle Rock, or host a Castle Rock organization at the program’s location.
Many Castle Rock not-for-profit schools and organizations would be eligible to apply for SCFD funding to help cover the cost of their own programs.
